With this trend coming to stay, we at Travices have become skilled in destination events/meetings from sourcing the right destination to sourcing location for the event, ensuring the rules and regulations at destination is adhered to, etc

Transfers:
We arrange pick-up on arrival at destination on specific carriers and class of service. We book transfers on request with hotel reservations made with our firm.

Online Check in:
Beat the queues with our online check-in and your e-boarding pass printed 24hours prior to departure.

Travel information and advice:
We offer advice on airport and destination information, currency, customs and immigration, health vaccinations, visa requirements and baggage allowance.
We emphasize restrictions and penalties attached to tickets purchased.

Traveller's Profile:
We design and maintain automated individual profiles for every traveller which includes frequent flyer numbers, airline seat preference-window/aisle, meals-vegetarian/diabetic, hotel location preference-beachside/city; apartments or hotel, and other specifications that may evolve in the process of planning a trip.

Travel Policy:
For companies signed up on our services, we can create, control and maintain the company's travel policy and budget. We prepare detailed reports to satisfy internal corporate requirements showing how money was spent on travel, and what savings could have been made.
